How WeatherLuck builds a scenario
This is not a forecast. Each draw is one of 51 equally plausible futures from ECMWF's forecast ensemble. The first week or so tracks the real forecast; after that, individual days are luck, and only the monthly tendencies carry information. For decisions, check the National Weather Service or Environment Canada.
